We purchased this home in November 2022. Before moving in, we wanted a full remodel and hired Mark as our General Contractor. This was a huge project and there were lots of lessons learned. One thing that sets Mark apart from so many is that he is personally invested in the jobs he does. Things were not always smooth nor perfect, but he worked hard to overcome them and to put out a finished product that was satisfactory. The one suggestion we have is that as the General Contractor, these subs work for you and are representing you and your brand. Insist on excellence. If they don’t do something right, require they redo it or fix it. That isn’t something YOU should have to do at the end. We love our home and we love how well it turned out. It is just as we had envisioned.
